IT WILL USE PORTIONS OF THE UPCOMING USGP CIRCUIT ~ LOTS OF NEW STUFF AND SOME SURPRISES!

With the World Two-Stroke Championship scheduled for this Sunday, Glen Helen has been busy working on track designs for this weekend’s race, the May 16th $25,000 National warm-up race and the May 30th USGP (not to mention the weekly Thursday practices). Two-Stroke riders will go to the top of Mt. Saint Helen (and face a surprise at the bottom).

The Log Cabin jump has been put back into the track, which means that Talladega will be used on every lap.

The second turn (after Talladega) no longer goes straight, but turns 240-degrees and goes over a tabletop before turning left to go up Shoei Hill. Read the rest of this entry »

The track took over three months to complete. It has all the obstacles you can image from rocks, sand, logs and a steep hill. The Glen Helen staff did a wonderful job on the track and this will be a event you will NOT want to miss!!!! Read the rest of this entry »
