Reno, NV- 12/3/09:  Justin Soule announced today, his first Annual Justin Soule.com “Privateer Outreach” program presented by SHOEI Helmets & JR Publications.  Over the next 3 weeks, Justin will be selecting (2) lucky riders to receive a helmet courtesy of SHOEI helmets, along with (5) FREE WORCS entries provided by JR Publications for the 2010 Race Season.
