The multi-passenger or crew UTV segment has really taken off in the last few years right along with the rest of the UTV market. In this utility based arena, people have really found that a UTV that can carry four to six people and have a bed is a much more effective vehicle than a pickup truck. Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Justin Soule and Ricky Dietrich showed their speed on the rough and sandy track as each rider took his first podium spot of the season, finishing second and third, respectively, at the second round of the WORCS series at Stateline in Primm, Nev. Teammate Destry Abbott finished ninth after a hard month battling the flu. Along with the team riders finishing in the top-10, Kawasaki grabbed six of the top-10 spots with Jonathan Davis in sixth, Gary Sutherlin in seventh, and Robby Bell in eighth. Pro 2 class rider Ryan Abbatoye demolished the competition the whole weekend with a dominating victory in both Saturday’s 450A race and Sunday’s Pro 2 main event. Menifee, Ca: 2/19/10– Monster Energy/Factory Kawasaki’s Ricky Dietrich arrived in Piramer, Argentina early this week to start his pre-week training and run for Argentina’s largest annual Enduro Beach Race known as “Enduro Del Verano” (Summer Enduro). This is by far one of the largest Enduro Beach races in the World and Dietrich podiumed here in 2009 and is looking to take the win for 2010. Team Manager- Jason Smigel and Factory Kawasaki mechanic- Jeff Decker made the 6100 mile trip to assist Dietrich in taking home this Summer title. Read the rest of this entry » |

December 8, 2010 – Fullerton, CA – Though still in development stages, the next addition to the iconic “On Any Sunday” film franchise began shooting this past weekend at the Red Bull Catalina Grand Prix under the guidance of Director Dana Brown. Dana’s previous credits include “Dust To Glory”, “Step Into Liquid” and most recently “High Water”. 
Bakersfield, Ca- 4/1/10: JR Publications & Ricky Dietrich announced today, the auction of a complete set of Ricky Dietrich/O’Neal gear from this year’s Argentina “Le Touquet” Beach Race. Dietrich has competed in this event for the past two years and this is his one-off #80 American printed O’Neal vented gear from this years race. Gear was worn in practice by Dietrich. All proceeds will go to the Rider Down Foundation. “Bruce Vermeulen & the crew do a fantastic job over at Rider Down, so Dietrich and I talked this year and this will be the first of 2-3 Auctions that we will be giving 100% back to Rider Down.” Jason Reed of JR Publications.
