Inaugural ATV Race To Be Held February 26-28, at Oak Hill MX

HAM LAKE, Minn. (Feb. 3, 2010) — MOTOWOZ Performance Systems is the presenting sponsor for the inaugural 2010 Grand National Championship ATV Spring National held at Oak Hill MX in Decatur, Texas. Held Feb. 26-28, the event is open to all riders of all skill sets.

“I have known the track owners, Jeff and Dawn Oldenburg, for years and I am excited for this opportunity,” said Jim Jaworski MOTOWOZ owner. “Oak Hill MX is a world-class facility. Jeff and Dawn are exceptionally organized and do an excellent job of track maintenance and promoting.”

KTM’s Doug Eichner Retires from WORCS ATV Racing

Murrieta, CA (2/2/2010) – Less than a month ago, KTM announced a 2010 partnership with legendary ATV racer, Doug Eichner, to race the WORCS and ITP Quadcross Series, but sadly, Eichner has since decided to step away from racing full-time in 2010 and focus on his family.

As many probably know, Doug Eichner, suffered a serious head on wreck with John Natalie at Glen Helen for round 7 of the 2009 WORCS Series, which left Eichner with several broken ribs, lacerated liver, and two broken wrist. Read the rest of this entry »

1/20/2010 – Last nights heavy rain has come and gone and the National track is open today for practice. The team is building bridges across the wash as another added measure to make sure we have good  off road racing.  Stay tuned for another post tomorrow.

For the first time, the schedule for the rapidly approaching 2010 World Off-Road Championships has been designed logistically to save racers money. BRP COMMITS MORE THAN $117,000 IN CONTINGENCY CASH FOR WORCS ATV RACING IN 2010

Valcourt, Québec, January 5, 2009 – BRP recently announced a contingency program that will make available more than USD $117,000 for Can-Am ATV racers in the World Off-Road Championship Series (WORCS) this season. The money is part of the 2010 Can-Am X-Team Contingency Program, which has earmarked more than USD $1.6 million, making it one of the most extensive ATV contingency programs in North America. The program pays out to third place and offers a championship bonus for 24 classes in the WORCS ATV series.
