For the first time, the schedule for the rapidly approaching 2010 World Off-Road Championships has been designed logistically to save racers money. The plan is to have the WORCS races in neighboring west coast cities such as San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, while including the furthest race only as far as Straddling, Washington. San Bernardino, Calif. – The season finale of the 2009 Baja Cup Challenge Off-Road Racing Series has been rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010 at Glen Helen Raceway. The Baja Cup Challenge is an off-road competition designed for desert-style trucks and buggies that pits man and machine versus a 4.5 mile natural and man-made race course.
