Colton Udall primed for this weekends Glen Helen WORCS round!

Colton Udall has been a stalker on a mission in 2010. He, along with teammate Jeff ‘OX” Kargola, have earned themselves the points lead for the SCORE series that will culminate this November when the Baja 1000 goes from Ensenada to La Paz. This past weekend Colton lined up for the Pala AMA MX National where he took home 26th place overall with two great rides. JCR/Honda Baja 500 pit service

jcrlogoJCR/Honda rolls out first-class racing support to Honda mounted riders at the 2010 SCORE Baja 500. A program called JCR/Honda Pits, first started by American Honda in the 1980’s. The program has become an essential component for Honda mounted Baja competitors because the speed and efficiency of a pit stop can make or break your race. A Baja 500 can require as many as 10 pit stops, roughly 60 miles apart. Each pit contains an assortment of spare parts and maintenance items, as well as fuel. Team MotoX Nutrition Wins Class 24 Pro 450 ATV @ SCORE San Felipe 250

mxnutritionThe race started off with an irreparable rear brake issue within 30 miles into the race.  All the riders sucked it up and dealt with it for the entire race.  “It’s hard to commit yourself to doing what we do with the knowledge that you can’t hit the binders when in trouble” said team manager and rider of record  Brandon Brown, “…so I’m really happy with how every one of our riders dealt with the adversity”.  The only other problem they had was on a virtual check point heading into the finish in San Felipe.  “I got led aria by some course markers from prior races heading into town and by the time I got it figured out it was too late and we ended up with a penalty” further stated Brandon.  Even with these couple of problems the 106A quad still had their next closest competitor by 25+ minutes when the official results were tallied. Another big win for JCR/Honda at this past weekend’s SCORE San Felipe, Baja 250. If you have ever had the chance to ride around San Felipe, Baja Mexico you know that the area’s whooped out, washed out and rocky terrain is among the worst on the planet. With a terrific effort, JCR/Honda’s Colton Udall and Jeff ‘OX’ Kargola riding the 3x Honda CRF450X, crossed the finish line in first place! The celebration erupted as Colton Udall and OX relished in the triumph of a hard fought race. The JCR/Honda 1x Honda CRF450X bike was ridden solo by Kendall Norman and came out swinging.
