April 14th, 2011Colton Udall went 1-1-1, winning the Unclassified, Heavy Weight and 4-stroke Expert classes at the 37th annual Hilltoppers Big 6 GP in 29 Palms, CA this past weekend. The race course was very Baja like with fast bladed roads a paved section and a Motocross track a perfect fit for the Honda CRF450X. The 2010 “24 hours of Glen Helen” endurance race took place over the weekend. This year’s JCR/Honda team consisted of Colton Udall, Timmy Weigand, Nick Brozovich and Benny Breck. Kendall Norman Wins 4- more D-37 races in one weekend – Clinches 2010 AMA D-37 Title!!!

Over the past weekend the Sunland Shamrocks MC Club put on the challenge for the D-37 competitors. They held a “Dual-Dual” European scramble staged at the famed Slash-X Café just to the south of Barstow, California. 2-days of racing and 2-races per day in what was seemingly the hottest weekend of the year. JCR/Honda’s Kendall Norman and his CRF450X were on the gas, winning 4 out of 4 races in the open class. The final race of the weekend proved to be the toughest, as the competition stepped it up and gave him a run in the early part of the race. A very determined Kendall Norman would once again prove that he is the toughest, fastest racer in the desert taking his 4th overall victory for the weekend.

Colton Udall primed for this weekends Glen Helen WORCS round!
Colton Udall has been a stalker on a mission in 2010. He, along with teammate Jeff ‘OX” Kargola, have earned themselves the points lead for the SCORE series that will culminate this November when the Baja 1000 goes from Ensenada to La Paz. This past weekend Colton lined up for the Pala AMA MX National where he took home 26th place overall with two great rides. JCR/Honda’s Kendall Norman wins Viking MC AMA National Hare and Hound and extends championship points lead!

Round 6 of the AMA National Hare and Hound series is in the books with a big congratulations to Kendall Norman who pulled out all the stops. Kendall’s plan “holeshot the bomb and don’t look back”. He did exactly that, leading both loops of the 80 mile Lucerne Valley, CA course and finishing 2.5 minutes ahead of second place. Kendall, who already holds the championship points lead, is serving notice that he and his Johnny Campbell Racing Honda CRF450X complete with Dunlop tires, Lucas oil’s, Pro Circuit suspension, pipes and motors all prepped by JCR’s Eric Siraton are here to take care of business.
