ITP 6 Hour Endurance Rescheduled for 12/19/09

ITP 6 Hour Endurance Rescheduled for 12/19/09
Due to over 5” inches of rain last weekend, the ITP 6 Hour Endurance Race has been reschedule from December 13th to this Saturday, December 19, 2009.

The event will start at 9am to 3pm on Saturday.  The course should be awesome since we did have a large amount of rain that should help out the course after a few days of dry weather.

Gate fees $10 adult and children 6-12 yrs $5.  Entry fees are $90 per team 3 riders and two bikes per team, or $45 for the Ironman class.

Rockstar Energy/Lucas Oil Challenge Cup Rescheduled

Corona, California (December 7, 2009) – Today, it was announced that the Rockstar Energy/Lucas Oil Challenge Cup originally scheduled for December 11th and 12th 2009, is being rescheduled for December 18th and 19th due to inclement weather. “The strong rain storms expected in the area throughout the week will likely cause difficult conditions that would compromise this event. By rescheduling the race just one week, it will give us the opportunity to host a fantastic race for the fans both in attendance as well as the NBC audience,” said Competition Director Tony Vanillo.

O’NEAL signs Monster Energy/Factory Kawasaki Off-road’s Ricky Dietrich!

O’NEAL USA announced today the addition of the young racing phenom Ricky Dietrich to their elite athlete sponsorship program.  Dietrich, who hails from Snohomish, WA, has established himself as one of the top off-road riders in the world!  At just 21 years of age, Dietrich was voted America’s #1 Off-Road rider by Dirt Bike Magazine and most recently placed himself on the map by running top 5’s in the 2009 Outdoor MX series!  Dietrich most recent accomplishment came just three weeks ago as he took the overall Victory in the GEICO Endurocross Finale in Las Vegas, Nevada. During the past ten years, the American Sand Association (ASA) has relied on the dedication of loyal volunteers to accomplish its mission to “Unite, Inform and Mobilize” its members. This support and management has been the foundation by which the ASA has grown into the professional Organization that it is today. Due to the extent of ASA’s recent important activities, and in an effort to bring the organization to the next level, the ASA Board of Directors voted to hire an Executive Director to continue the ASA’s scope of work in a professional manner.

“Continuity of governmental affairs, as well as business and membership communications programs are critical to our success,” stated ASA President Bob Mason. “The Board of Directors recognizes that we have reached the point where ASA needs a dedicated Executive Director to maintain our contacts and relationships with local, state and federal agencies. Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Inaugural Season Champions Crowned

Lucas Oil Off Road RacingCorona, California (November 3, 2009) – The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series concluded their successful inaugural season with the The Geico Powersports Primm Championship Showdown Presented by E3 Sparkplugs at Primm Valley Motorsports Complex in Primm, Nevada. With championships on the line in virtually every competing class, the final round of the short course off road racing series was broadcast on NBC on November 29th. The exciting action leading up to the series finale can be seen on SPEED Saturday, December 5th at 3&4 p.m. ET.
